Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authority (RA) number and provide photos of the items.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective boxes and shipping materials to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to collect the items from your address at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed, minus any applicable restocking and shipping fees.
